Select Cover-Up ~ This is so far the best concealer I came across, its not dry and it covers my pimples scars up 90%, its important to get the colours right or else you’ll just look like you got a big chunk of off-pastry on your face~but either then that its all good! Price is friendly and 10ml tube last a long time…I don’t know if it is good for dark circles but so far its good for my pimples scars ^^
